Can be used with all types of sugar paste.
To use, roll out your sugar paste to desired thickness and lightly dust the inside of your texture mat with icing sugar. Firmly press on paste and gently roll over with a rolling pin. Once your sugar paste is embossed, line up the cutter to cut out your shape and apply to your cookies or cupcakes.
