Katy Sue have created a set of moulds to create seaweed, fish and coral to go with their seaside scene.

All Katy Sue moulds are made with FDA compliant food grade silicone and can be used with sugar paste, flower paste, modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate, isomalt and boiled sugar.
