All our natural flower petals are real and have been dried and cleaned to a high standard. They have been tested to food grade standard and so are perfectly safe to use as a garnish, ingredient or decoration.
However despite our rigorous routines if you are using as an ingredient you may wish to further hand sift.
Being a natural product they are susceptible to light, heat and damp and should be stored and used as per instructions for best results.
